Banqueting Systems

Equipment Overview

Venues who provide large scale catering for weddings, conferences, sporting events etc will always have the need to be able to use a Banqueting system. The end goal will always be to provide quality food for a large amount of customers but how you achieve this will be different based on chefs own personal style as well as facilities available close to the event space. 

The most common ways to achieve this are to fully prepare the food and then transport hot. This can be either plated or in batch containers. The other common way is to cook, chill and regen.

Heated Banqueting Cart

Standard units are designed to keep pre-plated food fresh, hot, and flavourful, and prevent dishes from drying out. Their highly effective design will allow your kitchen to provide your best food at any large-scale event without worrying about any loss to food quality or flavour.

Heated banquet carts offer the following benefits:

  • Exclusive Halo Heat® technology which provides a controlled, uniform heat source throughout each cart to preserve as much natural product moisture as possible
  • No moisture pans, water or canned heat needed
  • Close temperature tolerance and even heat application 
  • An adjustable, electronic thermostat with digital display monitors the inside 
  • Insulation ensures the cavity will only lose 2ºC every 45 min without power
  • Designed to adapt to any type of banquet holding
  • Non-magnetic stainless-steel interior resists corrosion
  • Full perimeter, wall-friendly bumper, transport handles, and heavy-duty casters


Premium units will provide the option to regen plated meal at the consumption location or even keep chilled at the consumption location then regen to give maximum flexibility. 


GN units will provide high capacity and quality holding of GN sized containers. Ideal for silver service, buffet or counter style of event.

Finishing Systems

Whether you are looking to provide 20, 100 or several thousands of meals - with a Finishing System food is perfectly prepared without the stress, hectic rush or labour cost. Simply plate the appropriate number of plates cold and store them chilled in the mobile plate rack. The plates are then finished simultaneously using the Finishing process shortly before service. The Finishing system includes all accessories needed to start immediately. Used in conjunction with a combi oven.

Regen Trolley

Designed specifically for the cooking/regeneration and serving of fresh, chilled or frozen bulk food. These unit allows customer choice at the point of consumption. Useful for multi-food portioning and multi-food distribution.

Featuring a pioneering, three-zone, multiheat, control oven system. These units enables total control of food temperature, texture and presentation. Options for the units to have one or more sections with an accurately controlled, forced air refrigeration compartment and/or convection heated compartment and illuminated, self-regulating hot-top serving/ holding/ display section.
